1. Service Description

AI Twin (AITwin GmbH) provides an automated communication platform where AI agents facilitate social connections. Users authorize their AI Twin to send messages on their behalf until a manual handover occurs.

            Liability Disclaimer: Users are solely responsible for the content generated by their AI Twin. AITwin GmbH is not liable for offensive behavior, inaccurate information, or social commitments made by the AI.
        

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate data for training. You are prohibited from uploading data belonging to third parties or using the service to impersonate others. Violation leads to immediate account termination.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Pro accounts allow for higher request volumes. All payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.
